The faculty of Home science  affiliated to Nagpur University was started in  2006 .Due to the untiring efforts of the president, secretary and members of the  Adv.Yadavrao Dhote Memorial Society,and devoted co-operation of the teaching faculty drawn from eminents of Rajura Dist-Chandrapur. This faculty grew from success to success. During the last four years. In the beginning only B.F.D.3years course was taught in the morning session afterward B.C.T.,B.I.D. courses also started in a first time in a Rajura like a backword and naxlied area. This professional courses help the students to setup their business. The faculty of Home science became one of the few institutions in nagpur which could impart job placement for students.

In 2006 the Higher secondary & State Board given permission of 11th science and 2008  Art & Commerce faculty. We had started first batch 16 students.  The art,commerce,& Science faculty grew success to success and today there have 250 students.   The foundation stone of Adv.Yadavrao Dhote Seniour & Junior College wa s laid at the honourable hand of Mr. Vamanrao Chatap MLA Rajura. 
The Campus of the college is situated at a sprawling premises on Heydrabad Road,Rajura.  Nearer to the Bus-stand ,Thashil.

The Students of this college have won many laurels to the institution curricular and extra-curricular activities.  They have  brought fame through their meritorious success in the University examinations.last four years our college result graph increase & increased. Determination, Discipline,Hard Work and success are the watchwords of our institution.
